Where do I find the last song I was studying?

You need to login and enter the song section. In the sub-menu you will find the option "Keep learning the last song".

How can I change my payment plan?

Log in and go to your profile. There you will find the payment options button, select the one you prefer and click on "Save".

How long will it take me to learn to play piano?

That depends on how much time you spend on your learning. The more you practice, the better you will be.

What do I get when I subscribe?

When you subscribe you get instant access to all the songs, the different tools we have in our system, all the levels and play speeds, and you can save the song you are learning, during the time you chose in your plan.

I completed my order, How do I access the software?

Probably we need a few minutes to complete your payment. You can check the status of your plan visiting your profile page. Once you are an active member, just go to the song pages, select the one you want and click over the video that shows in the left column (computer or tablet) or in the top row (mobile).

I have problems processing my purchase, How do I fix it?

First, go to your profile page to check the status of your account. If your account is "active", it means that you can access the software. If your account is "pendant", it means that the payment hasn't been done yet; in this case we suggest you to check your card balance, if everything is right, wait a few minutes and go to your profile and check again your status, reloading the profile page. If the problem persists, get in touch with us through our contact form or send us an email to patterncinco@pianorollcovers.com to solve your problem as soon as possible.

I can't log in ¿How can I recover my password?

Go to the Log In page and make sure you are writting your Email and password properly. If you forgot your password, you don't need to worry, just click Forgot your password? in the bottom of the form, enter your email and we will send you a recovery link.

What is your refund policy?

We have a no refund policy, that0s why we offer a free trial version so anyone can try out the platform without any risk and then decide whether they like it or not. In case of technical failures, the time in your paid subscription account will be replenished.

Can I request a song?

Yes, of course. You can request any song you want in our contact form.
